Austin, TX | October 13, 2022 – Nebula Snacks is increasing its footprint in Texas through a new partnership with DashMart by DoorDash.
The Austin-based snack startup recently opened its doors to wholesale partnerships to Texas resellers across grocery stores, convenience stores, specialty shops like cafes and eateries, and more.
Representing one of its first wholesale relationships, Nebula Snacks has secured a partnership with DashMart to make Nebula Dark Chocolate Bars and Nebula Oat Milk Chocolate Bars available in two Texas markets.
“Working with DashMart is a great opportunity to make our product readily available to tech-centric customers who opt into having their groceries and food delivered directly to their door.”, says Matthew A. Gallagher, Co-Founder of Nebula Snacks.
DashMart was launched by DoorDash in August 2020: described as a new type of convenience store, offering both household essentials and local restaurant favorites to customers’ doorsteps.
“We’re eager to see what type of velocity a partner like this can bring. Although DashMart has a national footprint, we want to start locally to ensure we can deliver consistently.” says David Jacobowitz, Co-Founder of Nebula Snacks.
The partnership is slated to begin with two Texas DashMart locations, an Austin distribution center and several San Antonio distribution centers, with potential expansion to more markets based on sales performance.
“We want Nebula chocolate to be available wherever customers shop. Partnering with DashMart is an early win for our wholesale efforts.”, says Gallagher.
Customers will find Nebula Snacks’ chocolate bars available in the local section of the DashMart app and website.
