Cocoa Mass
Pure cocoa mass extracted from the cocoa bean. Produced from cocoa beans that have been fermented, dried, roasted, and separated from their shell. The cocoa beans are then ground into cocoa mass

Cocoa Butter
Cocoa butter, also called theobroma oil, is a light-yellow vegetable fat that comes from cocoa beans. They are fermented, dried, roasted, stripped, and pressed to extract cocoa butter.

Monk Fruit
Monk fruit, or lo han guo, is a small green melon native to southern China and named after the monks who first cultivated it centuries ago. Monk fruit sweetener is made from extract derived from dried fruit. It is 150-250 times sweeter than table sugar, has zero calories and carbs, and does not raise blood glucose levels

Allulose
Allulose is classified as a “rare sugar” because it is naturally present in only a few foods, such as figs and raisins.
In fact, allulose has the same chemical formula as table sugar, but is arranged differently. This difference in structure prevents your body from processing allulose the way it processes fructose.
It’s been shown to minimizing the likelihood of bloating, gas or other digestive problem and it does not raise blood sugar or insulin levels.
