Shipping Fees

To provide flexibility to our customers, we offer two shipping options. 
Standard ($4.99)
Expedited ($9.99) 

Processing & Handling

Order processing is typically completed within one business day of receiving an order. We process orders Monday through Friday.

Shipping Timelines 

While we can't deliver to your home at light speed (yet) we work with multiple carriers to ensure timely deliveries. Timelines for delivery depend on the shipping option selected at time of purchase. Standard will typically arrive at your home between 3-7 days after purchase. Expedited will typically arrive at your home between 2-3 days after purchase. Though both may experience unexpected delays based upon carrier.

Damages

We do our best to ensure our products are well protected through protective, compostable inserts and sturdy, recycled cardboard boxes. Though we understand things happen while our products our in transit. If your box arrives damaged to the point where you are unable to enjoy our products, please send us a note at greetings@nebulsnacks.com with photos/videos of the box and its contents. 

Returns

After 18 months of research and multiple rounds of iterations, we are absolutely confident that you will love our product. That said, if you are unsatisfied with the flavor of our products for whatever reason, please let us know via email at greetings@nebulasnacks.com immediately after trying one bar of each flavor. We will provide instructions on how to resend the remaining bars & original packaging. Once received, we will issue a full refund.
