We are rapidly approaching the holidays - the pinnacle of the year for sweet treats loaded with added sugars.
Healthy snacks often slip by the wayside during this time in favor of sugar snacks, particularly as New Year Resolutions can be the excuse for indulging in sugar.
No need to postpone all monitoring of carbs, sugar intake or go Keto in January because the holidays can still be sweet without all the added sugar, so we are sharing a 8 low-sugar and sugar-free snacks.
Staying away from too many packaged snacks , the following are homemade options as the holidays are a time for fresh snacks to share with family and friends!
